What is Mist Blower ?

The Mist Blower is a powerful and effective spraying method especially used for controlling large-sized pests. This device sprays the biocidal chemical in particles ranging from 50 to 100 microns (µm) in diameter, ensuring contact that is physiologically suitable for the target pest. It is one of the preferred methods for combating large pests such as locusts, ticks, stink bugs, and cockroaches.

There are two main reasons for using larger droplet sizes in Mist Blower applications:

  • ✔ Larger droplets are necessary to achieve more effective contact with large pests,
  • ✔ It prevents excessive drift caused by wind, allowing controlled and concentrated application to the target area.

With this method, the spray can reach up to approximately 30 meters, and settles on the ground within 90 seconds after spraying. The residue formed provides long-lasting protection by exerting a residual effect on pests moving on the treated surface, even days or weeks after application.

The Mist Blower method offers effective control at the source in areas with dense pest populations such as parks, gardens, waste sites, water canals, and residential surroundings.
